1) Reminder: Coach Tone is teaching boxing on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6pm on Zoom:

2) Wednesday night at 6:30pm we are holding our first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Theory and Strategy class on Zoom (link coming soon). Professor Sam Shawa and I will be on Zoom discussing the most under trained portion of most martial artists’ game: the mind. We will save time for questions so if there’s anything on your mind you want to hear about please email me or

You have two black belts you get to probe for knowledge and we love to share information so don’t be shy. Email us. Here are a few examples of common questions or topics:

4) I do have a workout for you. It is Monday. It’s a new week. It’s gettin real sunny, so you know what that means…it’s chest day. You all were nice and patient last week with the plyos but I know you all are ready to blast the chest.

Here’s what I need from you:

200 Pushups
25 Handstand pushups
200 Dips
50 Kettlebell Floor Chest Press (each arm)
