Leg Day

Complete the following:
– 1 Mile Run – medium pace
***3 minutes rest
-5 sets of sprints (aim for 40 yards distance)
***2 minutes rest
-50 lunges
-50 squats
-5 minute walk – cool off/slow pace


Stretch. Those. Legs. You’re going to need it.
