An MMA coach with a 4-1 amateur record in the cage, ten years of wrestling experience, and multiple podium finishes in jiu-jitsu competition, including a gold medal in his no-gi division at the 2024 IBJJF American Nationals, Shane enjoys teaching students of all levels, ages, and abilities. In addition to his accomplishments as a martial artist, Shane is also a Marine Corps veteran.

Shane teaches an all-levels MMA group class, and is additionally available for private lessons for both adults and children.
