Today’s workout is another Fight Gone Bad, but with some jiu-jitsu and grappling based movements worked in.

3, 5 minute rounds – 1 minute of each exercise:

-Shrimp/Hip Escape

-Down block/shot
-Crunches
-Lunges
Round 2:
-Shots
-Mountain Climbers
-Kimura Situps
-Squats
-Sprawl
Round 3:
-Down block/Shot/Sprawl
-Burpees
-Bridges
-Pushups
-Burpees
