Hey Y’all,

So…we have a winner from last week’s competition:

Equipment:
50lb Dumbbell/KB
Dip Bar if available- or on two chairs or more dreaded push ups

10 Rds for time:
10 Alternating Single Arm DB/KB snatches
12 Dips (using two chairs to support) or 20 Pushups
15 Air Squats
